Who is eligible?
We work with all types of companies and offer a free no-obligation consultation to determine if the program is a good fit. As long as you have at least four full-time employees, offer an adequate wage and benefits package, and have appropriate supervision for the trainee, your company should qualify.
You do not need an existing training position or program to participate—just an experienced supervisor and the resources to collaborate with us on developing a skills-training outline. When can I start?
Approval can occur within 24 hours after you sign our training agreement, a no-obligation document that outlines your proposed training program and required qualifications for trainees. Once the agreement is approved, we will begin recruiting, screening, and referring candidates immediately.
