Michele has led E&ES' Finance & Administration Department for more than 25 years, ably managing the organization’s accounting functions. Michele oversees all fiscal matters, working in collaboration with E&ES’ partners to ensure programs are operating efficiently & maximizing the benefits our customers receive.
Michele & her team take the lead on fulfilling E&ES’ commitment to working with local Minority, Women, & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBE) & Section 3 Business Concerns. E&ES works with many MWDBE & Section 3 businesses each year to bring additional services & resources to E&ES & those we serve. Through the Finance Department's work with MWDBE & Section 3 businesses, E&ES has the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of local businesses, furthering the organization's commitment to develop strong ties to the communities we serve.
Michele is a Certified Public Accountant & earned her Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants & the Illinois CPA Society.
