Program Manager
Competencies
Summary/Objective
The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations and acts as the point of contact for customers, service partners and other stakeholders for the assigned program.
Essential Functions
- Maintains the daily operations and administration to ensure compliance with program contract and financial guidelines
- Monitors utilization of tools and resources that educate potential and current customers on the program purpose, policies & procedures and other relevant components to assist customers and process and service delivery improvements
- Develops, facilitates and delivers trainings for assigned programs
- Provides support to resolve customer issues that may hinder the customer experience or program compliance and success
- Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that provide updates and status of; performance, successes, highlights, activities and outcomes that take place within the program
Skills and Experience
- Must have 3-5 years of related work experience with (e.g. program
- management, human services, workforce development)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with technology and industry related software and systems
- Communication skills that lend themselves to building effective partnerships and related service providers
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a field role with a need to perform clerical and administrative duties in a physical office. Role requires extensive amount of mobility. Possession of a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and reliable automobile required
Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position requires the ability to work on evenings and weekends as needed.
Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the Program Director for assigned program
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
