On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a training model developed by the business community to train new hires while they earn wages.
We offer businesses up to six months of reimbursement for a new hire’s wages during the training period. OJT enables you to train new hires to your businesses’ exact needs. The program is free to participating businesses.

Create an OJT Plan
We will take you through the process of developing training plans for any positions you would like to train new hires for on-the-job. The plan will outline what skills are needed to do the job successfully and how you can determine the skills have been learned.
Hire New Talent
Source your own candidates or hire from our pool of talent. Begin training on the first day of work.
Get Reimbursed for Training Time
The OJT program reimburses for up to six months of wages during new hire training. Our team will work with you to track training hours and skills acquisition. We will issue the reimbursement once training is complete.
