Creating Career Opportunities Through PeopleShare’s OJT Program with E&ES

PeopleShare is not only the first staffing agency to participate in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program at the King Center, but they’ve also paved the way for collaboration with any American Job Center (AJC) within our area. This change opens the door for more dynamic, cross-agency collaborations. For job seekers working with an AJC the OJT program can benefit from placements that are not only relevant to their skill sets but also part of a structured, supportive system designed to help them succeed.
PeopleShare’s work spans positions like warehouse workers, order pickers, packers, customer service representatives, and data entry clerks—providing real opportunities for job seekers to secure stable employment.
One of the most inspiring outcomes from this partnership comes from Mary D., a determined job seeker who was referred to PeopleShare through E&ES.
