If you want to build your skills through classroom training, we offer up to $8,000 to fund your education. Training vouchers are available for high growth industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, information technology (IT), and transportation and logistics. If you are a hands-on learner, or if you would like to learn new skills while earning a paycheck, you can speak with our team about On-the-Job Training. We partner with businesses who hire new talent they train while at work. Opportunities are available in a wide range of industries and occupations.

If you have little or no work experience, subsidized employment can help you build your resume. Two weeks of intensive job readiness training is offered prior to placement into a worksite. Career Coaching

You will be paired with a Career Coach who specializes in working with young adults. They help you define your career goals and create a plan to achieve them. Our Career Coaches are experts in current labor market trends and work with you one-on-one. They help develop your resume, prepare you for interviews, and match you with current job openings. They also provide ongoing support once you are hired.

Job Readiness Workshops

Our workshops prepare you for an effective job search and success on the job. Workshops are offered online every week. Check out our calendar to register. We offer workshops on topics that will help you develop professionally, including:

Younger job seekers can face unique challenges finding work. For job seekers who are between 18-24 years old, we offer career-building services customized to your needs. We have a team of Career Coaches who specialize in working with young adults. We offer you the opportunity to build your skills through classroom training or work-based learning.
