Competencies

Summary/Objective

Oversees the high quality, innovation, customer-centered service delivery, and performance driven One-Stop Center operation, including quality work-based learning services. Collaborates and integrates services and resources with The Partnership as well as community, business, workforce system, and WIOA mandated partners to help meet the skills training and employment needs of local job seekers and talent pipeline needs of local businesses.

Essential Functions

  • Leads the implementation of program service delivery in a high capacity one-stop center.
  • Reports on program status and takes corrective action as needed.
  •  Evaluates program procedures and processes and re-engineers accordingly to increase program efficiency.
  •  Established best practice operational guidelines and embeds them in service delivery practices.
  • Responsible for local staff training, professional development, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies to ensure the achievement of outcomes and performance measures.
  • Attends meetings of local development agencies to assess what service E&ES clients can benefit from.

Skills and Experience

  • Thoroughness and attention to detail, particularly for what can be repetitive and tedious tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to draft and update procedures
  • Ability to recognize opportunity for process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Specific Excel skills required include
  • sorting, filtering, subtotals, basic formulas, VLookup, and Sumif functions

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a field role with a need to perform clerical and administrative duties in a physical office. Role requires an extensive amount of mobility.

Hours of Work

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Reporting Relationships 

This position reports to the Vice President, and works in collaboration with E&ES staff.

Education

College degree and/or related experience preferred.
