Anissa' joined E&ES in 2006 to offer services through E&ES’ human services programming. Anissa’ now oversees all human services programming E&ES delivers, notably the FamilyWorks program, as well as several workforce programs available to Chicago Housing Authority families.
Anissa’s team offers an array of services and resources to more than 1,700 families each year. Under Anissa’s leadership, her team became early adopters of the Family Centered Coaching model, which empowers individuals & families to identify their strengths & set goals. Family Centered Coaching is emerging as an effective & compassionate approach to supporting families in need to bring about long-term success. During Anissa’s tenure, workforce programs serving CHA residents & individuals with housing choice vouchers (HCV) have placed thousands of individuals into quality jobs.
Anissa’ holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration & has more than a decade of experience working in the social service industry.
