Kurt Miller is an adaptive, data-informed, operations and program management leader focused on developing emotionally intelligent leaders committed to individual, community, and organizational success.


Kurt has over 20 years of operations and programmatic experience in social services, education management, and workforce development with an emphasis on marginalized adult and youth populations.

Kurt’s experience includes working for Employment & Employer Services, Inc. as the Director of Operations for WIOA, CDHS, and CHA-funded initiatives. Currently, as the Sr. Regional Director, Kurt oversees the work of American Job Centers whose focus is on helping individuals and families with employment and training.

Kurt holds a Master of Arts degree in Training and Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Mexico. Kurt also spent a few years overseas in Australia where he played professional basketball.
